Visa Application Guidance

Visa application details will be provided upon registration approval.

Please note that visa approvals for certain countries—such as Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan—may take longer than usual, typically between one to three months.
Participants from these countries are kindly requested to inform us as early as possible so we can coordinate with the host to prepare and issue the necessary invitation letters in a timely manner.
